T. Fox Quillen — Not really open for "24 hours." They have an answering service where they will record your telephone call and have someone get back to you. It would be very helpful to see actual office hours posted. At times they seem a bit slow for posting online obituaries, but that may have to do with... Read more families' preferences. Read less

Katlyn Bowers — I had never planned a funeral before and Mr. Allen and the whole staff were amazing to me. Everyone was so nice and answered whatever questions i had. Loosing my father was one of the most devastating situations ive been in but they understood and helped me every step of the way.
