Soulslike 'Hellpoint' goes up for preorder, runs at 1440p on Xbox One X

According to publisher tinyBuild‬, Hellpoint is a dark and challenging action office-playing game (ARPG) set in an atmospheric universe where the line between science and occultism is blurred.

Once a elevation of man achievement, the Irid Novo space station has fallen. Its ruins are now overrun by barbarous interdimensional entities acting equally puppets of the malevolent Cosmic Gods. Yous have been created by the Author, organically printed on Irid Novo, and sent on a mission to find out the unholy series of events that led to the catastrophic incident known as the Merge.

Merely like FromSoftware'southward games, Irid Novo is a massive interconnected world total of hidden passages and secrets. Yet, the focus here is more on science fiction than what we've seen in other ARPGs in the genre.

Hellpoint is available for digital preorder on Xbox One for $35 at the moment, and it features Xbox One X upgrades. The Microsoft Shop doesn't tell y'all this, but a spokesperson for tinyBuild confirmed that it ran at 1440p resolution on Xbox I X and PlayStation iv Pro. While we would've liked to see a greater resolution jump, especially on Microsoft's automobile, it should await crisper than what yous become on base consoles.
